MARC School of Business was founded in 2008 by Mr. UK Sharma (1949 – 2012). He was a great visionary, an efficient academician and renowned educationist.

Prior to building the MARC School of Business he also founded the following management institutes:

• IIMSR – International Institute of Management Studies & Research, Bangalore as Founding Director
